Da er auch befahl, die Betenden in den Moscheen für ihn zu demonstrieren, erließ Scheich Usama ar`Rifa`i, Vorsitzender des Rates der Islamischen Gelehrten in Asch`scham(Syrien, eine Fatwa (Islamisches Gutachten), wonach die Betenden zuhause beten dürften, falls sie außerhalb von Kafar Sousa nicht beten könnten.

    ‫حكم خروج المرأة مع خطيبها قبل العقد. لا يجوز للمرأة أن تخرج مع خطيبها قبل أن يعقد له عليها بدون محرم؛ لأن ذلك وسيلة إلى الفتنة وما لا تحمد عقباه.
    فتاوى اللجنة الدائمة للبحوث العلمية والإفتاء "قلت فمن باب أولى أن لا تخرج معه قبل الخطبة أيضا لأن المفسدة عظيمة و لكن هذا الشعب غرق في وحل المعاصي ،نسأل الله السلامة، و زاد ذنب المجاهرة فجر معه فئام من شباب كنا ننتظر منهم تحرير القدس و إذ بهم دعاة للفاحشة و الرذيلة

    ‫ایک مرتبہ سیدنا امیرالمؤمنین حضرت عمر فاروق رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ )اپنی خلافت کے زمانہ میں( رات کو پہرے دے رہےتهے. ایک قافلہ جنگل میں پڑاؤ ڈالے ہوۓ تها.
    قافلہ کے سارے لوگ سو رہےتهے.
    سیدنا امیرالمؤمنین حضرت عمر فاروق رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کو ان کے سامان کی چوری کا خطره محسوس ہوا.
    سیدنا حضرت عبدالرحمن بن عوف رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کے پاس پہنچے.
    ان کو ساتھ لیا اور رات بهر قافلہ والوں کی پاسبانی فرماتےرہے.
    صبح صادق ہوئی تو قافلہ والوں کو نماز کےلۓ بیدار کیا اور واپس تشریف لےگۓ.
    آئے عشاق گئے وعدہ فردا لے کر
    اب انہیں ڈھونڈ چراغِ رخِ زیبا لیکر

    „Wer die Sūrah al-Kahf am Tag des Jumu`ah liest, wird ein Licht haben, das für ihn von einem Freitag zum nächsten scheint."

    (al-Hākim #2/399, al-Bayhaqi #3/249; ibn Hajar sagte in Takhrīj al-Adhkār, dass der Hadīth hasan und dass es der stärkste Bericht über das Lesen der Sūrah al-Kahf sei; siehe: Fayd al-Qadīr #6/198; von Scheikh al-Albāni in Sahīh al-Jāmi` #6470 als sahīh klassifiziert).

    06.02.2014 Damaskus-Land/ Wadi Barada; Am 25.10.2013 verübte der Assads Geheimdienst durch zwei Autobomben einen Anschlag auf die Moschee Usama bin Zaid, bei dem 200 Betende getötet und weitere 250 schwer verletzt worden sind. Nun wurden die Täter durch An`nusra-Front geschnappt. Es handelt sich um Anas Airut und Talal Mindo. Diese haben nun gestanden, den Auftrag für den Anschlag auf die Moschee vom Assads Geheimdienst bekommen zu haben

    Salamaleykum liebe geschwister

    In sha Allah geht es euch gut.



    Es geht um folgendes.

    Es gibt hier sehr viele menschen die an straßenrändern sitzen und betteln.

    Manchen fehlt ein fuss oder ein arm.manche von den frauen die bettelb tragen ein kopftuch.

    Hier in frankfurt ist es extrem.

    Meine frage ist, ob man diesen leuten geld geben darf.

    Ich habe nämlich gehört das viele von ihnen unter eine decke stecken und von der mafia sind.

    Oder das viele sich von dem geld drogen und alkohol kaufen.

    Schockierend war für mich das frauen mit hijab betteln.das noch in der innenstadt in der fussgängerzone....ich weiss nicht was die geschichte dieser frauen ist und ob sie überhaupt muslime sind.ist es erlaubt diesen mit einer guten niyyah geld zu geben ?

    Viele die ich kenne sagen das muslime nicht betteln.

    Gibt es dafür beweise? Darf man bettlern somit geld geben, oder sollte man das geld lieber da spenden wo man weiss was damit gemacht wird?

    Freitag ist der Tag der Versammlung (arab. al-dschum'a) und er wird aufgrund seiner Vorzüglichkeit auch der Herr der Tage genannt. Diesem Tag ist auch eine ganze Sure im Heiligen Qur'an (Sure 62) gewidmet, die mit den folgenden Worten beginnt:

    "Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des sich besonders Erbarmenden. Es preist Allah, was in den Himmeln und was auf der Erde ist, (Ihn), den König, den Heiligen, den Allmächtigen und Allweisen ..."

    Dass auch die Vögel sich an diesem Tag versammeln, um Allah auf besondere Weise zu lobpreisen, dazu heißt es in einer Überlieferung von Imam as-Sadiq (a.):

    "Die Sonne geht an keinem besseren Tag auf, als am Freitag. Wenn die Vögel des Himmels sich an diesem Tag treffen, sprechen sie: Friede, Friede, was für ein guter Tag!"

    In diesem Sinne allen einen friedvollen und segensreichen Tag!

    Eine Frau kam zu Moses (as.): "O Gesandter Allahs ich habe eine große Sünde begangen und ich habe bereut bei Allah, so bitte Allah um Vergebung für mich."

    Moses (as.) fragte sie: "Was für eine Sünde hast du denn begangen ?"

    Die Frau antwortete :"Ich habe Unzucht (unehelichen Geschlechtsverkehr) begangen und daraufhin habe ich ein Kind geboren und es danach getötet."

    Daraufhin sagte Moses (as.): "Verlasse diesen Raum du Sünderin, bevor ein Feuer vom Himmel über uns kommt und uns alle verbrennt für diese abscheuliche Tat , die du begangen hast !"

    Die Frau ging mit einem gebrochenen Herzen hinaus...

    Daraufhin kam der Engel Gabriel (as.) und sagte: "O Moses, wieso hast du die Frau zurückgewiesen die bereut hat, hast du denn keine andere Person gefunden, die schlimmer ist als Sie, die du zurückweisen kannst?"

    Moses (as.) sprach: "O Gabriel , wer ist den schlimmer als eine Frau, die solch eine Sünde begangen hat?"

    Gabriel (as.) sagte dann: "Eine Person, die das Gebet mit Absicht und bewusst unterlässt, ist schlimmer als solch eine Frau!"

    Human Rights Watch: Tausende von Frauen und Mädchen aus sunnitischen Familien werden ohne Anklage in irakischen Gefängnissen routinemässig gefoltert, erniedrigt und vergewaltigt.

    HRW spricht von systematisch-methodischen Übergriffen gegen die irakischen Frauen von Seiten der staatlichen Sicherheitskräfte. Neben Schlägen würde auch wie seit eh und je mittels Stromschlägen und neuerdings mittels systematischer Vergewaltigung gefoltert.

    İslam Felsefesi ve Batı Araştırmaları - Frank Griffel

    Batılı Oryantalistler, Müslümanlar nazarında pek de iyi bir imaja sahip değillerdir. Birçok Müslüman; Hristiyanların, Musevilerin veya kendini herhangi bir dine mensup hissetmeyenlerin hangi motivasyonlarla İslam konusu ile meşgul olduklarını sorgulamaktadır. Onlara göre bu kişilerin niyetleri, İslam ile ilgili polemik üretmek; yani sözde bilimsel metotlarla Hz. Muhammed'in peygamberliği veya Kur'an'ın ilahi vahiy oluşu gibi İslam'ın esasını teşkil eden konuların yeterli sağlam delillere dayanmadığını göstermektir. Birçok Müslüman, Hz. Muhammed veya Kur'an üzerinde çalışmıyor olsalar dahi bu Batılı İslam bilimcilerin iyi niyet taşımadıkları kanaatindedir. Filistin asıllı Amerikalı edebiyat bilimcisi Edward Said, 1978 yılında yazmış olduğu "Şarkiyatçılık" (Orientalism) adlı etkileyici eserinde, Batılıların "Doğu"ya dair yapmış oldukları bilimsel çalışmaların daima Batılıların Doğululara olan sözde kültürel üstünlüğünü ispat anlamını taşıdığını belirtir. İngiltere ve Fransa gibi ülkeler açısından Doğu araştırmaları, bu ülkelerin Asya ve Afrika'daki geniş çaplı sömürgelerine bir meşruiyet kazandırma hedefine hizmet eder. Lakin, çok kısa bir süreliğine (1885-1915) sömürgecilik faaliyetinde bulunmuş bir ülke olan Almanya için de Doğu araştırmaları, Müslümanlardan "daha üstün" bir kültüre sahip olduğunu ispat etme niteliği taşımaktadır.

    Bundan birkaç yıl önce, İngiliz tarihçi Robert Irwin, Edward Said'in Batılı Oryantalizm'i şeytanlaştıran perspektifine aykırı anlamlar taşıyan bir kitap yayımladı. Henüz ne Almanca'ya ne de Türkçe'ye çevirisi yapılmamış olan bu kitabın başlığı bile Oryantalistlerin aslında ne ile ilgilendiklerini anlatmaya çalışıyordu: Irwin, "Bilim Aşkı: Oryantalistler ve Düşmanları" (For Lust of Knowing: The Orientalists and their Enemies) isimli kitabında 18., 19. ve 20. yüzyıllarda İslam ve İslam edebiyatıyla uğraşan Avrupalılar için sadece çok nadir durumlarda dinî polemiğin veya politik etkilemenin söz konusu olduğunu söyler. Genel olarak İslam'a dair uygulamaları, antik dünyaya ve bu dünyaya ait literatüre dair geliştirdikleri bilimsel bir pozisyon çerçevesindedir. Avrupa, Rönesans döneminde Antik Çağ'ı, yani Yunan ve Roma kültürünün altın çağını yeniden keşfetti ve Yunan ve Latin edebiyatını tekrar araştırmaya başladı. Bu durum, unutulmuş olan birçok kültürel özelliğin yeniden keşfedilmesine ve Avrupa ülkelerinde edebî üretkenliğin zenginleşmesine sebep oldu. Latince ve Yunanca artık konuşulmayan, yalnızca yazılı olarak kullanılabilen ölü dillerdi. 18. yüzyılın sonunda bilimsel dil kültürü, bu ölü dillerden önce İbranice'ye, kısa bir süre sonra da Arapça'ya devredildi. İbranice'ye devredilmesi İncil için önemli bir dil olması sebebiyleydi. Arapça'nın bilim dili hâline gelmesi ise, 18. yüzylda Avrupa'da çok popüler olan 1001 Gece Masalları olsun; Algol, Aldebaran, Deneb, Betelgeuse, vb. yıldız isimleri olsun veya cebir, algoritma gibi matematiksel terimler olsun çok zengin bir literatüre sahip olması nedeniyle gerçekleşmiştir. Mısırlı entelektüel Rifaa Rafi el-Tahtavi, 1826 yılında Paris'e geldiğinde, orada Silvestre de Sacy gibi Arap literatürüne dalında uzman bir Arap kadar hâkim olduğu hâlde basit bir konuşmayı bile Arapça olarak yapamayan bir bilim adamı ile karşılaşınca hayretler içerisinde kalır.

    19. yüzyılda, Avrupalı bilim adamları Arapça, Farsça ve daha sonrasında Osmanlıca-Türkçe felsefi literatürü de okumaya ve araştırmaya başladılar. Yine her şey Avrupa Antik Çağı'na olan ilgi ile başladı. Antik Çağ felsefesinin tarihi 19. yüzyılda oldukça iyi bilinmekteydi. Sokrates, Platon, Aristoteles ve diğer Yunan ve Romalı filozoflar tanınmaktaydı. Bu filozofların birçoğunun yazmış oldukları eserler matbu hâlde mevcut idi. Bununla birlikte, bazı Yunan filozofların eserleri de asırlar içinde kaybolup gitti. Arap literatürü uzmanları da çok iyi bilmekteydi ki, Yunan felsefesine ait eserlerin büyük bir bölümü erken Orta Çağ döneminde, yani 800 ilâ 1000 yılları arasında Yunanca'dan Arapça'ya çevirilmişti ve bu çeviriler hem Batı'daki hem de Doğu'daki kütüphanelerde bulunan el yazmalarında mevcuttu. Kısa süre sonra Avrupalılar bu Arapça el yazmalarını tam anlamıyla tetkik etmeye başladılar. Avrupalı bilim adamları, kayıp Yunanca metinleri aramak maksadıyla çıktıkları bu yolculuklarında çok zengin bir Arap ve İslam geleneğiyle karşılaştılar. Arapça "falsafa" kelimesi Yunanca "philosophía" kelimesinden gelmektedir ve Yunanca'dan Arapça'ya tercüme edilen; ardından da Arapça olarak çok üst bir seviyede sürdürülen ve ileriye götürülen bir bilimsel geleneği ifade eder. Kindî, Fârâbî, İbn Sînâ, Gazzâlî veya İbn Rüşd gibi şahsiyetler Avrupa'da bilinir hâle geldi ve bunların yazdıkları okutuldu.

    Avrupalıların İslam felsefesi ile iştigallerinin başlangıç noktası Yunanca metne ve Yunan felsefesine duydukları ilgi oldu. Avrupa'da, Antik Çağ'ın 400 yılı civarında sona ermesiyle birlikte felsefi literatür unutulmaya yüz tuttu. Uzun bir süre boyunca, bilinen Yunanca felsefi metin sayısı bir elin parmaklarını geçmiyordu; ki bunlar da geç dönem Antik Çağ'da Yunanca'dan Latince'ye tercüme edilmişti. Bunların az bir kısmı da Aristoteles mantığına giriş mahiyetinde eserlerdi. Erken dönem Orta Çağ'da Aristoteles ve Platon Avrupa'da pek bilinmiyordu. En başta Aristoteles'in 800 yılından itibaren okutulduğu İslam dünyasında ise durum tamamen farklıydı. İbn Rüşd (1126-1198) Araplar arasında Aristoteles felsefesini en iyi bilen kişiydi. Müslümanlardaki detaylı Kur'an yorumu (tefsir) geleneğinden ilhamla, Avrupalılar arasında Averroes ismiyle tanınan İbn Rüşd de aynı şekilde Aristoteles'in eserlerine detaylı ve üst düzey yorumlar yazmıştır. İbn Rüşd Cordoba'da yaşadı ve kısa süre içerisinde namı Endülüs sınırlarını aşarak Fransa'ya ve İtalya'ya ulaştı. Eserleri buralarda Yunan felsefesine yeni bir ilginin doğmasında etkili oldu. 1170 yılından itibaren, yani henüz İbn Rüşd hayattayken Arapça felsefe kitapları Latince'ye çevirilmeye başlandı. En başta İspanya Toledo'da veya Sicilya Palermo'da gerçekleşen bu çeviriler, 13. yüzyıl boyunca devam etti. Tercüme edilen eserler arasında Aristoteles'inkiler de vardı. Aristoteles bu sayede artık Avrupa'da oldukça popüler hâle gelmiş ve felsefenin tekrar güçlenmesinde bu durum etkin bir rol oynamıştır. Kısa süre içerisinde Paris, Bologna, Napoli ve Köln'deki önemli üniversitelerde Aristoteles'in yoğun bir şekilde öğretildiği fakülteler açıldı. Aristoteles'ten yapılan ilk Latince tercümeler Arapça'dan yapıldı. Daha sonra Aristo'nun Yunanca el yazmalarının peşine düşüldü ve bunlar İtalya'da ve Yunanistan'da bulundu. Yunanca'dan Latince'ye yapılan tercümeler artık Arapça'dan yapılan tercümelerden daha baskın hâle gelmişti. Yine de İbn Rüşd Avrupalıların üniversite eğitim planlarındaki yerini korudu. İbn Rüşd'ün yorumları 13. ve 16. yüzyıllar arasında yaşayan Avrupalı filozofların tümü tarafından okundu.

    Yukarıda zikredilenler, İslam felsefesi ile bilimsel olarak ilgilenilmeye başlanan 19. yüzyılda da birçok Avrupalı tarafından bilinmekteydi. Bu sebeple, bu zaman diliminde yaşayan birçok Avrupalı bilim adamı Arap ve İslam felsefesinin, Yunanca eserlerin Arapça'ya tercümesi ve bu yolla Orta Avrupa'daki felsefe geleneğinin yeniden canlanmasından ibaret olduğuna inanıyordu. Bu, örneğin önemli bir Alman filozof olan G. W. F. Hegel'in (1770-1831) İslam felsefesi hakkında sahip olduğu fikirle de kendini göstermektedir. Hegel 19. yüzyılın tamamında çok etkin rol oynamış bir filozoftur ve onun bu konudaki fikirleri sıkça tekrarlanmıştır. Fakat Hegel'in fikir yürüttüğü bu konu hakkında herhangi bir bilgi birikimi yoktu. Kindî, Fârâbî, İbn Sînâ ve Gazzâlî'yi ismen tanısa da bu şahsiyetlerin felsefeleri hakkında bilgi sahibi değildi. Arap ve İslam felsefesinin Yunan geleneğinin sürdürülmesinden ibaret oluşu ve bu yolla Avrupa tarafından tekrardan içselleştirilmesi fikri, İslam felsefesi tarihinin Avrupa'da bilinmeye başlanmasından öncesine tekabül eder. Tabii ki bu fikirle bir kültürel üstünlük hissi ifade edilmektedir. Bu da neden bu fikrin daha sonra tekrar tekrar dile getirildiğini açıklar mahiyettedir. Bu hakikatler 19. yüzyılda ve özellikle 20. yüzyılda git gide daha da bilinir hâle gelmiştir.

    İslam felsefe tarihi hakkında yayımlanmış olan ilk modern akademik kitap, Ernest Renan tarafından 1852 yılında Fransızca olarak kaleme alınan "İbn Rüşd ve İbn Rüşdçülük" isimli doktora tezidir. 18. yüzyıl boyunca bu kitabı birçok başka yayın takip etti; özellikle çok sayıda Arapça felsefi el yazması edisyonla matbu eser hâline getirildi. Birçok Arapça felsefi metin ilk olarak Paris, Münih veya Leiden gibi şehirlerde basıldı ve Kahire, İstanbul gibi şehirlerde hızlıca okuyucu kitlesine ulaştı ve buralarda tekrar tekrar basıldı. İlk kapsamlı İslam felsefesi tarihi eseri, 1902 yılında, Hollandalı Tijze Jan de Boer tarafından ''İslam'da Felsefe Tarihi'' adıyla kaleme alındı. Macar Ignaz Goldziher gibi başka İslam bilimcileri de yine İslam felsefe tarihi hakkında eserler kaleme aldılar. Bütün bunlar 20. yüzyılın başlarında; yani henüz ne Arapça, ne Farsça ne de Türkçe olarak İslam felsefe tarihi hakkında herhangi bir kitabın yazılmamış olduğu bir zamanda gerçekleşti. Bu tarihte Avrupa'daki bilim adamları Müslüman ülkelerdeki meslektaşlarından çok daha ilerideydi. Helmut Ritter (1892-1971) veya Oskar Rescher (daha sonra Osman Reşer adını almıştır, 1883-1972) 1930 yılında İstanbul'a gitmiş ve burada İslam felsefesinin akademik eğitiminin sağlanmasına yardımcı olmuşlardır.
    Avrupa'da hemen hiç kimse İslam felsefesinin en anlamlı tarafının Avrupa felsefesine yardım etmiş olmasından ibaret olduğunu iddia edemez. Böyle bir iddiada bulunan, kendini komik duruma düşürür; zira kendine has bir entelektüel geleneğe sahip olan İslam felsefesinin taşıdığı önem gün geçtikçe daha da belirgin hâle gelmiştir.

    Renan, de Boer, Goldziher ve Ritter'in eserlerinin hepsinde bir problem mevcuttu: Bunların hepsi, İslam dünyasındaki felsefenin Arapça "falsafa" kelimesinin taşıdığı anlamla aynı şey olduğunu kabul ediyordu. Arapça'da Kindî, Fârâbî, İbn Sînâ ve İbn Rüşd "falasifa" olarak geçiyordu; fakat İbn Rüşd'den sonra kendini Arapça "faylasuf" olarak tanımlayan hemen hemen hiç kimse yoktu. Arapça'da felsefe İbn Rüşd'den sonra sona mı ermişti? Renan, de Boer, Goldziher veya Ritter gibi bilim adamları bunu böyle görüyordu. Şüphesiz bu da İslam felsefesinin öneminin Yunanca metinlerin aktarılmasından ibaret olduğu fikrinin bir başka versiyonudur. Bu Avrupalı bilim adamları oldukça büyük bir öneme ve kazanımlara sahip bir Arapça felsefe geleneği olduğunu biliyorlardı; aynı zamanda eleştirel, felsefi düşüncenin İbn Rüşd'ün eserleri vasıtasıyla Müslümanlardan Avrupalılara geçtiğine de inanıyorlardı.

    Biz bugün Arapça "falsafa" kelimesinin İslam felsefesinin yalnızca bir kısmını ifade eden bir kavram olduğunu biliyoruz. Fahreddin Râzî, Seyid Şerif Curcânî veya Kemalpaşazade (İbn-i Kemâl) gibi büyük Müslüman âlimler kendilerini "falasifa"nın bir parçası olarak görmediler, fakat hepsi de önemli filozoflardı. Bu şahsiyetlerin eserlerinden hiçbiri Latince'ye tercüme edilmedi ama bu kişiler de felsefe tarihine önemli katkılarda bulundular.

    2008 yılında, Fransız felsefe tarihçisi Sylvain Gouguenheim, "Aristoteles Mont Saint-Michel'de" adında bir kitap yayımladı. Gouguenheim bu kitapta Avrupa'da felsefenin 12. ve 13. yüzyılda yeniden doğuşunun Arapça metinlerin tercüme edilmesiyle pek de alakasının olmadığını iddia ediyordu. Dahası, Avrupalılar Aristo'yu Arapların hiçbir katkısı olmadan kendileri keşfetmişlerdi. Gouguenheim'in kitabı felsefe tarihi alanındaki meslektaşları tarafından büyük bir tepkiyle karşılandı. İngiltere, Fransa ve Almanya'daki üniversitelerden bu alanda konunun uzmanı birçok kişi Gouguenheim'in tezini reddetti. Almanya'da 2009 yılında Würzburg Üniversitesi'nde Alman profesörlerin Gouguenheim'a karşı argümanlarını sundukları bir sempozyum gerçekleşti. Bu örnekler çoğaltılabilir. Son on yıllık zaman diliminde yapılan araştırmalar Avrupa'nın Arap kültüründen 12. ve 13. yüzyıllarda ne kadar derinden etkilenmiş olduğunu daha da açık bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Mesele aslında aşağı yukarı, Cemaleddin Afgani'nin 1883 yılında Ernest Renan'a verdiği cevapta ifade ettiği gibiydi: "Arap medeniyeti kendi yansımasıyla Pireneleri aydınlattığı ve kendi ışığı ve zenginliğiyle Batı'yı beslediği güne kadar Avrupalılar felsefeye ilgi göstermedi. Ancak o vakit Aristoteles'e ''hoşgeldin'' diyebildiler; ama Aristoteles çoktan göç etmiş ve Arap olmuştu." Yunan, Arap ve Latin kültürleri arasındaki ilişki ile alakalı olarak yürütülen son araştırmalar ışığında ortaya çıkan birçok gelişme, Afgani'nin Pireneler üzerinden gelen ışık ile tasvir ettiği bu şiirsel resme hak verir niteliktedir. Sorbonne'da Orta Çağ felsefesi alanında profesörlük görevini yürütmekte olan Ruedi Imbach, kısa bir süre önce, Orta Çağ Batı metafiziğinin, farklı türlerin evliliğinden doğan, hayat dolu ve vahşi; ama gayrimeşru bir çocuk olduğunu söylemiştir. Avrupa ve Kuzey Amerika'daki günümüz İslam bilimcileri, İslam felsefesinin Yunanca metinlerin tercüme edilmesiyle başlayan ve 12. yüzyıldan devam ederek Osmanlı döneminde de varlığını sürdüren zengin bir gelenek olduğu ve de bu zengin geleneğin Avrupa düşüncesi ve felsefesi üzerinde büyük bir etkisinin bulunduğu fikrini benimsemektedirler.
